Bavaria invests €4.74 million in research on robots in nursing care

The TUM Campus for Geriatronics is not only to be newly created, but is to become a “model project for Germany and the world”. The Bavarian cabinet thus wants to promote the care of the elderly through the use of AI and robots from 2023. In the so-called Innovation Space Geriatronics, startups are to be founded for this purpose, which are then to bring further innovation to everyday care.
